The Whitewater Action trip is available as a day tour package from Akureyri, including return transportation and lunch. When booking online, simply select the “Lunch of the Day” and “Pickup from Akureyri” extras to build the full day tour package. Departures from Akureyri are available everyday, but due to limited seating must be booked in advance!

Tour time start: 09:00 daily at Hafgrímsstaðir base camp
all rafting equipment needed; drysuit, PDF, helmet, booties and gloves, qualified rafting guides and safety kayakers, transport between base and river, riverside refreshments
Bring with you:
 Dry clothes for after the river, all necessary medications, warm clothes for under the drysuit (cotton kills, wear wool)

Good to know before the tour:
Jeans and cotton clothes are not suitable; we recommend woolen or fleece base layers, warm sweater and woolen socks.

Age limit is 18 years and participants must be physically healthy and ready to sign a liability waiver before the tour.
