Itinerary

Your private guide picks you up in Reykjavík, and the adventure begins. Cruise along Iceland’s South Coast, where green farmlands and dramatic cliffs give way to iconic stops like Seljalandsfoss, Skógafoss, and the volcanic black beach of Reynisfjara. These are the highlights—breathtaking and well-loved for good reason.

Then, we leave the crowds behind and follow the call of the wild.

Past the pavement, the landscape transforms. Gravel roads lead us into the heart of the Icelandic Highlands, where few vehicles can go and few people venture. This is where the Super Jeep shines, carrying us over rivers and rugged tracks into a land of vivid contrasts: mossy mountains, black sand deserts, multicolored rhyolite hills, and hidden glacial lakes.

We’ll trace parts of the famous Laugavegur trail, drive beneath the looming glaciers of Mýrdalsjökull and Eyjafjallajökull, and stop at places that don’t appear on standard maps—secret waterfalls, emerald lakes, and surreal landscapes that feel almost Martian.

The crown jewel? Mt. Mælifell, the mysterious green volcano rising alone from the desert floor, its vibrant slopes often shrouded in mist.

This extraordinary day tour is a deep dive into Iceland’s soul, crafted for those seeking more solitude, story, and discovery.
