Puffin island
First, we make a quick stop at one of three puffin colonies situated on islands close to Reykjavík. We don’t go off on the islands but try and get as close as possible without disturbing any natural behavior or interfering with the nesting birds.
Faxaflói
2 hr. whale watching in Faxaflói bay, looking out for minke whales, humpback whales, dolphins, and porpoises. If we’re lucky we might even spot other bigger whales! The landscape surrounding the bay makes the experience so much more unique!
Harpa & Reykjavík
We zoom along Sæbraut and view Sólfarið Viking ship sculpture and Harpa concert hall from a different angle. Don’t forget to take in the city view as it looks completely different from the sea!

Limitations:
You need to be able to stand in your seat (minimum height of 145 cm.) and fit into one of our overalls to participate (maximum size 3XL).
Booking:
Our day tours are very popular and we have many days when all the available seats are booked out. Please book your tour early to avoid disappointment. You can book this tour online using the booking form or just call our office. We typically respond to phone calls from 8:00 AM to 17:00 PM GMT – if you do not reach us, please send an email and we will reply to your message as soon as possible.
Prices:
We accept payment by major credit and debit cards with no additional fees. If no whales or dolphins are seen on the tour, we do not refund the tour price, but we offer a complimentary ticket valid on our Classic Whale Watching tour. The ticket is valid for 2 years, for returning passengers only and are non-transferrable between tours.
Tour itinerary changes:
At all times your safety is our first priority. You can expect any kind of weather in Iceland. For this reason, the tour itinerary may be subject to change the sights without notice or the tour might be canceled due to weather, or other unforeseen circumstances. If the timing changes, we will need your valid mobile phone number to contact you and inform you of the time change. Please don’t forget to fill out your phone number on the booking form. If the tour is canceled, you can choose to receive a full refund or to reschedule your tour for another day. We make every effort to avoid any such changes wherever possible.
What to bring:
Since the weather is unpredictable, always bring comfortable outdoor clothes, warm layers, with waterproof and windproof outer-layers. Jeans are not suitable clothing; a waterproof jacket and shoes and a warm sweater are highly recommended. It’s best to wear waterproof boots. Bring some snack or packed lunch. Bring your personal daily medications if required.
Medical conditions:
This tour may not be suitable for seniors (65+ yrs), pregnant women or those with a history of heart or back problems Participants will need to sign a waiver upon arrival in order to join the tour. Please let us know of any allergies or medical conditions that you may require assistance with.
