Eimverk Distillery is Icelands’ first and only whiskey distillery and a perfect destination for whisky fans and for anyone with an interest in Icelandic Spirits.
You will meet professional distillers on-site, and they will lead you through the distillery and show you the range of equipment and techniques they use to create these Icelandic spirits. You’ll also have the chance to taste some of the finest and freshest spirits on the market.
Eimverk Distillery is Icelands’ first and only whisky distillery and a perfect destination for whiskey fans and for anyone with an interest in Icelandic Spirits. They are also the only distillery producing spirits from 100% Icelandic barley. They make Flóki, the famous Icelandic whisky, Vor a premium Gin and Víti an old-style traditional Icelandic Brennivín.

Meeting point
The distillery is located at Lyngás 13 in Garðabær which is 10 – 15 minutes taxi ride from downtown Reykjavík. If you are taking the bus then you should take the nr. 1 bus from downtown Reykjavík to Ásgarður and then you need to walk for 8 minutes.
