Icelandair hotel Reykjavik Natura

Satt restaurant is a home-style bistro proudly generates meal from locally sourced produce, from the best available resources each time. Simplicity and honesty is the motto of the bright and flavorful cuisine at Satt restaurant.

The hotel has a total of 220 rooms and suites, top of the line meeting facilities and a luxurious in-house spa. Alda hotel Reykjavik

Alda hotel is a luxury hotel, located in on the main shopping street in Reykjavík.

Restaurant Reykjavik

Located in the heart of the city center, in a old house with rich history.

Main restaurant can seat up to 210, but the restaurant also has 4 other private rooms of various sizes.

The food is cooked from the freshest and newest ingredients at each time; traditional Icelandic dishes with an exciting twist. The restaurant offers an excellent seafood buffet, perfect for large groups. The Á la carte and group menus offer a variety of traditional cuisine, where the main focus is fresh Icelandic seafood. The restaurant is bright and open, decorated in a clean style.

Mar Restaurant

Located in a 60’s style building by the old marina.

The restaurant can seat up to 100 people and an adjoining bar allows for a relaxed drink away from the crowd.

The main culinary focus of the restaurant is local seafood, but great emphasis is focused on offering premium meat dishes for those who would prefer. Rustic ocean themed decor and smooth lighting give the place a relaxed feel, which is further accented by beautiful presentation of dishes.

Fishmarket

Fine dining, located on the oldest street in Reykjavík city center.

The restaurant can seat up to 100 people, where the upstairs dining area is ideal for groups up to 49 guests. The whole restaurant can be booked for private affairs.

The amazing dishes, prepared in a farm to table mentality, are a fusion of Icelandic and Asian cuisine which will leave the palate wanting more. Exotic dishes prepared in the open concept kitchen and on the robata grill, presented in a beautiful manner, harmonizes perfectly with the unique decor of the restaurant.

Grillmarket

Right at the bottom of the shopping street of Reykjavík, in a architecturally unique building.

Seats 160 in the whole restaurants and can accommodate a group of 40 in the upstairs dining area.

Scandinavian cuisine and all things Icelandic are the hallmarks of this restaurant. The chefs work closely with farmers, hand picking ingredients for their dishes to ensure the best quality for their patrons. Even the decor is locally sourced from farmers, including cow and fish leather, wood fixtures and wool. The hand made fire oven heats the coals up to 1200 °C, making the food crisp on the outside but juicy and succulent on the inside.

Nauthóll

Located in the beautiful outdoor recreational area of Nauthólsvík.

Seats 110 guests in a banquet setting and other arrangements available upon request.

The bright and beautiful restaurant puts all emphasis on fresh and diverse ingredients and is the first Icelandic restaurant to receive the Nordic swan ecolable.

The Steak House

Located near the old pier, in the up-and-coming harbor district.

Seats up to 120 guests in a bright, open dining area.

As the name may imply, the main focus of the cuisine is meat and steak. However, non-meat-eating diners must not despair as fantastic vegetarian options are available for those who prefer. Rough and rustic design brings the whole steakhouse concept home, yet in a cozy and inviting way.

Kolabrautin

Located in Harpa concert hall, with a stunning view over the ocean and the city.

Seats up to 180 guests in a banquet setting.

The chefs at Kolabrautin offer you Italian and Mediterranean cuisine, made of the freshest ingredients. The setting is bright and cozy, with the huge windows of Harpa concert hall offering a panoramic view like nowhere else in the city.

Harpa concert hall

Harpa Catering Service offers catering for all types of events; meetings, conferences, company parties and weddings, to name a few. The primary theme in Harpa catering is a new Icelandic cuisine where traditional Icelandic dishes are served in an innovative way.

Private events can be held in several different venues in the building.

Björtuloft; seats 100 – standing reception 350

A stunning reception venue on two floors, fully equipped with a projector, top of the line sound system, roll-away bar and stage, outside terrace and magical views over the ocean and the city.

Háaloft; Seats 100 – standing reception 150

Perfect for an extension to Björtuloft, making the venue even more magnificent. Stunning view from the top floor of Harpa concert hall will leave nobody untouched.

Norðurljós/Northern lighs room; seats 310 – standing reception 650

Suitable for any sort of event, anywhere from concerts to catered dinners. Equipped with a top of the line sound system, projector, roll-away bar and stage.

Silfurberg; seats 780 – standing reception 1500

The room can be split into two smaller units, seating 540 and 240 guests respectively. For even larger events, Silfurberg and Norðurljós can be used together, by opening the walls.

Viðeyjarstofa

The Tower

The tower has multiple options for any sort of event, from casual meetings to grand galas. The facilities can suit groups from 30 to 400, depending on the setup of your event.

The tower has a stunning view from the 19th and 20th floors of the building. Both areas are fully equipped with sound system, lighting and stage setup, as well as excellent bars. The 20th floor also has a comfortable lounge area, where you can drink in the view.

Located in Kópavogur, about 10 minute drive outside the city center.

Restaurant Reykjavik

Restaurant Reykjavik is located in the city center, in a charming house with a rich history. Formerly a ground level house with a pier in front, it used to be the gateway into the city as all seafaring travelers would need to pass through the Pier house to access the city. Throughout the years the house has served many a purpose, including warehouse, shops, offices, night club, café and much more. It is now one of the biggest restaurants in Reykjavík.

Private events can be held in 4 different venues in the building.

  • The main dining room; seats 210 – standing reception 350
    • Wooden parquet floor and stone walls. Large bar, buffet facilities, grand piano and big outside porch.
  • The Blue room; seats 35 – ideal for 20
    • Great view over the oldest street in Reykjavík, small and intimate room. Fully equipped for business meetings.
  • The Green room; seats 100 – standing reception 150
    • Bright and beautiful with a view over the oldest part of town. Round tables.
  • The Brown room; seats 60 – standing reception 120
    • Good fit for standing receptions, aperitifs and even dancing. Fully equipped with a piano, sound system and bar.

Viðeyjarstofa – Viðey island

Make your gala event even more grand, by booking an exclusive venue in Viðey island. You will need a private ferry transfer to get there, leaving the island all to yourselves.

The house is a large, old, concrete house, originally built as a private residence for high officials. Viðey island was considered one of the best farming lands near Reykjavík and used to be home to rich farming life.

The whole house seats 150, for any sort of luxurious event.

The stunning view over Faxaflói bay and over towards the city, makes this venue a truly spectacular location.
